Carr’s Flour Mills is a thriving 21st century business – but with unashamedly old fashioned values when it comes to looking after the people who matter most. Today we process approximately 300,000 tonnes of wheat a year at our mills at Silloth, Maldon and Kirkcaldy.

We source only the best wheat from home and abroad, and we have invested heavily in the latest milling technology. Our flours are created with attention to detail, supplying everyone from home and independent bakers to retail multiples and major food retailers.
